INTERNATIONAL JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR TBM PROFESSIONALS – ITALY

Deployment to Italy with Full Relocation Support

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are recruiting 25 experienced Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) professionals (5 per role) for major infrastructure projects in Italy. This opportunity includes pre-departure Italian language training, comprehensive relocation assistance, and an EU-standard employment contract.

Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month sponsored language and cultural orientation program in Ghana prior to deployment.

Selected candidates will receive:

1. 3-month fully sponsored Italian language training in Ghana prior to deployment
2. EU-standard employment contract with comprehensive benefits

AVAILABLE POSITIONS (5 openings per role)

1. TBM Shift Supervisor

Core Duties: Lead daily TBM operations, enforce safety protocols, Manage multinational teams.

Requirements: 5+ years in TBM supervision, fluency in English (Italian an advantage)

2. TBM Operator

Core Duties: Operate/maintain TBM systems, monitor guidance systems (VMT/TACS/ZED)

Requirements: 3+ Years hands-on TBM operation experience

3. Erector Operator

Core Duties: Precision installation of tunnel segments using vacuum systems

Requirements: 2+ years in segment erection

4. TBM Mechanic

Core Duties: Maintain mechanical/hydraulic systems, perform emergency repairs

Requirements: TBM mechanical certification preferred

5. TBM Electrician

Core Duties: Troubleshoot HV/LV systems, maintain control panels

Requirements: Electrical certification + TBM experience

2. Duration: 3 months (Full-time)
3. Curriculum includes :

Workplace Italian (Safety commands, equipment commands).
Cultural orientation for orientation – Italy

Basic technical vocabulary in Italian.
