Databank invites stakeholders to their 2023 Annual General Meeting

Databank, one of the investment banks/organizations in Ghana has recently issued a notice to its shareholders about their Annual General Meeting coming up on July 9 and 10, 2024.

The AGM which is expected to be virtual (via Zoom) will witness shareholders of their various investment vehicles (MFund, BFund, EdIFund, Epack, Arkfund) joining in the virtual Annual General Meeting to be briefed on how their investments are faring.

Databank has come under a lot of fire lately from Ghanaian investors due to the alleged notion that it is owned by Ghana’s immediate past Minister of Finance Ken Ofori-Atta who it is said did a woeful job handling the finances of the country leading to the current hardships going on in the country

In their letter below:

“Dear Valued Shareholder,

We are pleased to invite you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Dabank’s mutual funds on July 9 & 10, 2024. All meetings will be held virtually on Zoom. Below are the meeting schedules for each mutual fund:

Tuesday, July 9, 2024

  • MFund – 9:00 a.m.
  • BFund – 11:00am a.m.

Wednesday, July 10, 2024

  • EdIFund – 9:00 a.m.
  • Epack – 11:00 a.m.
  • ArkFund – 1:00 p.m.

All shareholders are required to pre-register with the link provided to participate in the meeting for their fund(s). after registering, you will receive your Zoom meeting details via email.
