Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (Advisory Services) at JPCann Associates LTD. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and leading sales and marketing efforts. This is an on-site role located in Accra, Ghana.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong understanding of development finance, business advisory, corporate governance and risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
- Ability to make presentations or pitch advisory services to panels, executives and at conferences & corporate events.
- Experience in consultancy services industry, capacity building and corporate training
- Knowledge of business advisory services industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- Masters or professional certification in Marketing or any related discipline is a plus.
