A leading and innovative company in the Advertising industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator. This role involves overseeing daily office operations and delivering top-tier administrative support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic multi-tasker with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling for the CEO or senior leadership team.
•Organize travel, itineraries, expense reports, and ensure smooth logistical arrangements.
•Draft emails, memos, presentations, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
•Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
•Serve as the point of contact for facility-related matters while handling internal and external communication.
•Assist with onboarding of new employees and basic HR administrative tasks.
•Coordinate team events, meetings, and staff wellness initiatives.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT
•Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
•Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management Studies or equivalent.
•Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role for at least 3 years.
